Martin Horspool's Robots
Since we're going to be building robots soon, we had a fantastic guest speaker in to tell us all about how he does it. Martin Horspool builds amazing robots which he sells to people. He builds his robots out of things that have been thrown away. He showed us some of his cool robots and then explained how we could join different parts together to make our robots. He also answered heaps of questions for us so we're feeling almost ready to begin constructing our own robots!

This looks like it is going to be a whole heap of fun. You people are very lucky to be doing this Room 10. Keep us posted when you start making your own.

That sounds so exciting that you're all going to be making robots this term. Do you make your own or in pairs? You guys were lucky to have Mr Martin Horspool come and speak to you and give you ideas of what to do too. We can't wait to see your finished products. Amazing work Room 10, keep it up!

I must say I enjoyed my visit to your school, to show you a few of my robots.
ReplyDeleteYour questions were fun to answer too, and I think you must have been thinking hard about them.
I am looking forward to seeing your finished projects and wonder if I now have some competition to my Robot Building empire.
